Does Medical Insurance Cover This?

In order to best serve our patients, we are a participating provider with Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Regence, Premera, Cigna, First Choice, Kaiser, Tricare and Medicare. We do not accept Medicaid.

We can also request a ‘gap exception’ from any insurance for which we are not a current provider. This waiver, if granted, would allow ‘in-network’ coverage for you if your plan does not have a qualified ‘in network’ provider in your area.

Most insurance plans cover oral appliances, and your out-of-pocket costs typically range from $0–$1,500, depending on whether your deductible has been met. One of our sleep ambassadors will check on the estimated coverage for you and discuss your likely cost before scheduling fabrication of your custom-made device. We also offer extended payment arrangements through Care Credit and can arrange for special fee allowances for patients who do not have medical insurance. We want to make it as affordable as possible for you to enjoy a long healthy life that starts with getting a good night’s sleep.
